Shawn spent over eight years managing food production at the Colorado Department of Corrections — overseeing up to 7,500 meals per day. He holds an EPA 608 Type 1 & 2 Certification, OSHA 30 Certification, and is enrolled at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
Located at 18521 County Road 54 in Sterling, Colorado. Our farm grows seasonal vegetables and fruit without pesticides, produces dehydrated snacks in small batches, and handcrafts every non-food product by hand.
